Union Bancaire Privée Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited provides management and middle-office services and arranges for the provision of secretarial services to mutual funds and investment companies residing outside Bermuda and to investment companies residing in Bermuda as may be permitted by the Minister of Finance of Bermuda.
